These Terms govern your use of The List, operated by The List. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the content you post. You must be at least 13 years old to use The List. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone or use the account of another person.

Acceptable use & zero tolerance for objectionable content

The List has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, or that infringes others’ rights, and not to harass or abuse other users.

We provide tools to block users and report content. We review reports and act on violations — including removing content and terminating accounts — typically within 24 hours. We may filter or remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a limited licence to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the app. You can delete your content or your account at any time.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The List is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we’re not responsible for content posted by other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The List will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The List operates.
